Pall-Ex Logistics shortlisted for industry award

Pall-Ex Logistics is celebrating being shortlisted for the Innovation Award at this year’s prestigious Motor Transport Awards.

The Motor Transport Awards have been recognising the achievements of businesses and individuals from across the road transport industry for over 39 years. The Innovation Award celebrates those who have been able to solve problems and deliver tangible benefits for operators and customers.

In a difficult economic environment, the need for innovation has never been more prevalent and the introduction of Pall-Ex Logistics as a first-to-market solution has allowed for continued growth for the network and its members.

Utilising existing infrastructure and bespoke technology, we have overlayed storage and fulfilment onto our distribution network to open up commercial opportunities for all of our 120+ members across the network.

Judges at Motor Transport commented: “This is an excellent initiative, which could potentially be replicated across all pallet networks to improve the customer service experience. It represents a landmark innovation, setting a new benchmark for how pallet networks can evolve to meet changing market demands.”
